A. Formulate EarlyAct subcommittee within your

a. Act as liaison between Rotary Club, EarlyAct,

plans for EarlyAct |

d. Invite District Governor to kickoff event |

e. Prepare press releases for kickoff and other activities |

2. At least 2 committee members act as Rotarian Advisors
